TAKE A BREATH

Slow down your thinking, take control of your thoughts and know there is a solution to every problem. MANY people have been in your position and have made it through a rough time.

TALK, NOT TEXT

Call a friend, family member, or anyone you feel you can trust. Speak with them and tell them bluntly, "I need help." Don't text or post on social media. Speaking with someone is what you need right now.

THIS IS TEMPORARY

Remember when you were a child and you hurt yourself really bad. You cried and cried and the pain was intense. The pain you're experiencing now is also intense, but with time, it will get better.

LET'S ERASE THE DATE TOGETHER
